We are seeking an experienced and passionate SEN Tutor to join our team at the Royal Mencap Society in Birmingham.

The role involves providing high-quality education and training programs to young people with learning disabilities, learning difficulties, and/or autism, with a focus on enhancing employability skills and promoting independent living.

Job Requirements:
  • A recognised teaching qualification (candidates with a Level 3 qualification and willingness to undertake a Level 5 qualification post-probation will be considered).
  • Experience in supporting individuals with learning disabilities, learning difficulties, and/or autism.
Benefits:
  • An estimated salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, based on qualifications and experience.
  • A range of benefits, including 24 days holiday (plus bank holidays), service-related sick pay, and eligibility to join Mencap Pension Plan.
