**Key Responsibilities:**

  • To promote and deliver a high standard of customer care to all residents, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Assist in monitoring, evaluating, and controlling service performance to meet industry standards.
  • Establish and maintain strong communication links between residents, clients, and operational teams to facilitate effective work management.
  • Act proactively to resolve any issues that arise, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Coordinate and attend meetings with residents, updating diaries, records, and reports to ensure seamless communication.

**Requirements:**

  • Over 2 years of experience in a customer service role or similar industry.
  • A valid driving license to facilitate travel.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel to manage data and reports.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with residents and clients.
  • Some flexibility in working hours may be required for evening meetings.
  • Self-motivated and calm under pressure to handle challenging situations.
