Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Housing Investment & Asset Management Team as a Resident Liaison Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Investigating and resolving complaints and inquiries from residents, elected councillors, and colleagues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Developing and applying existing systems to monitor and carry out leaseholder consultations and ensuring compliance with service charge consultation requirements and regulations.
  • Providing excellent customer service to residents and elected councillors, ensuring a positive and effective customer experience.
  • Working closely with the Customer Services Manager and other stakeholders to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Monitoring and analyzing data to ensure adherence to statutory deadlines.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working in a busy office environment with the ability to prioritize your workload around service demands and strict deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, elected councillors, and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate and resolve complex issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and in-house computer systems.
  • A commitment to delivering excellent customer service and ensuring a positive and effective customer experience.
