About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Mental Health Liaison Practitioner to join our team at Aspect Healthcare. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting young people and their carers who are presenting in mental health crisis across a range of settings.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support young people and their carers in mental health crisis across various settings, including General Hospitals, CAMHS Offices, online, and via phone.
  • Develop and implement effective risk assessment and safety planning strategies to ensure the well-being of young people.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality care and support to young people and their families.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a qualified mental health practitioner.
  • Experience as a care co-ordinator and/or in crisis care.
  • CAMHS experience or crisis care experience.
  • Strong commitment to providing high-quality care and support to young people and their families.
  • Current NMC pin.
