We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Mental Health Liaison Practitioner to join our team at Aspect Healthcare. As a key member of our crisis intervention team, you will play a vital role in supporting young people and their carers who are presenting in mental health crisis.
Main Responsibilities- Support young people and their carers in crisis across a range of settings, including general hospitals, CAMHS offices, online, and via phone.
- Develop and implement effective risk assessment and safety planning strategies to ensure the well-being of our clients.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support to young people and their families.
- Provide education and training to staff and stakeholders on mental health crisis intervention and management.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a qualified mental health practitioner in the NHS.
- Experience as a care co-ordinator and/or in crisis care.
- CAMHS experience or crisis care experience.
- Strong commitment to providing high-quality care and support to young people and their families.
- Current NMC pin and ability to work in the UK.
- Competitive hourly rate of £26.00-£39.00.
- Flexible ad-hoc bookings or block-bookings.
- Revalidation advice and support from our clinical team.
