About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Liaison Practitioner to join our team at Aspect Healthcare. As a key member of our crisis intervention team, you will play a vital role in supporting young people and their families who are experiencing mental health crises.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide crisis intervention and support to young people and their families in a variety of settings, including hospitals, community centers, and online.
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and safety planning to ensure the well-being of young people.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with young people, families, and community stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a qualified mental health practitioner.
  • Experience as a care coordinator or in a similar role.
  • CAMHS experience or crisis care experience.
  • Strong commitment to providing high-quality care and support to young people.
  • Current NMC registration.
