Job Description

Head of Brand

JD&Co is seeking a seasoned Brand Leader to drive growth and innovation for a high-potential wellness company. As Head of Brand, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive brand strategy that drives awareness, engagement, and revenue across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a brand strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives
  • Lead creative ideation and manage in-house and external teams to deliver exceptional content
  • Serve as the brand guardian, ensuring consistent messaging and visuals across all platforms
  • Drive brand growth through strategic Above the Line (ATL) and Below the Line (BTL) marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns
  • Build relationships with external partners, agencies, and influencers to drive brand visibility
  • Lead on innovation and ensure the brand stays ahead of industry trends and cultural shifts

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in brand management within a high-growth consumer brand, ideally in wellness or beauty
  • Strong track record of developing and executing brand strategies that drive engagement and growth
  • Expertise in omni-channel marketing, with experience in both digital and retail
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with a creative and strategic approach to problem-solving
