Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Rail Enforcement Officer. As a key member of our security team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the safety and security of our railway network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patrol trains and stations to prevent and detect crime, and to provide a visible presence to deter anti-social behavior.
  • Work in partnership with other departments and external agencies, including the police, to ensure the security of our railway and to reduce crime and fare evasion.
  • Respond to emergencies and provide assistance as required to GTR personnel, police, and other emergency services.
  • Engage with customers to raise safety and security awareness and to improve customer satisfaction.
