About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Strategic Business Development Director to join our team at Rotork. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the development of new business opportunities, identifying potential partnerships and acquisitions, and establishing and maintaining relationships with channel partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development: Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth, identify new market opportunities, and expand our customer base.
  2. Partnerships and Acquisitions: Identify and pursue potential partnerships and acquisitions that align with our business strategy and goals.
  3. Channel Partnerships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with our channel partners, ensuring they have the necessary support and resources to drive sales and growth.
  4. Commercial Operations: Oversee the commercial operations of our business, including pricing, route-to-market, and sales strategies.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of driving business growth and development.
  2. Commercial Acumen: Excellent commercial acumen, with the ability to engage confidently with C-suite stakeholders.
  3. Leadership: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver results.
  4. Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate a clear vision and strategy.
