Support Teacher for SEN Students

Responsibilities: As a member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting students in the classroom, developing and implementing tailored learning plans, and collaborating with the teaching team to ensure student progress. You will also contribute to creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters social, emotional, and academic growth.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need a suitable qualification for working with children, experience of working with special education needs, and the ability to obtain suitable references and a DBS check. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential for building positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
