We are seeking a Customer Experience Writer to join our team at Leicestershire County Council. This is a great opportunity to work on exciting projects, develop your skills, and make a real difference in the lives of our customers.

The salary for this role is £26,000 - £31,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role:

This is a home-based position that requires strong writing and communication skills. You will be working closely with our team to create high-quality guides and documentation for our new systems.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Writing clear, engaging, and user-friendly guides for our new systems.
  • Reviewing and refining existing guides to ensure they meet our standards.
  • Collaborating with the team to launch our new Ticket Management System & Support Portal.
  • Assisting in implementing a new look & feel to our manager self-service system.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of writing high-quality content or a genuine flair for communication and language.
  • Competence in the use of ICT systems, including Microsoft Office programmes.
  • The ability to quickly learn and understand our Ticket Management and Oracle Fusion ERP systems.
