We are looking for a highly skilled Mental Health Practitioner to join our team at Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust. As a Clinical Care Specialist, you will work with individuals who have substance misuse problems and mental health needs, providing a package of care that addresses their complex needs.

You will be responsible for managing a caseload of patients and contributing to the clinical element of the substance misuse team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you can develop your skills and knowledge in health and justice services.

About the Role:

  • Safely manage and contribute to the clinical element of the substance misuse team.
  • Work with others to provide a package of care for individuals with substance misuse problems and mental health needs.

Estimated Salary: £34,892 per annum (based on national averages for similar roles in the UK)

Location: HMP Garth, Leyland
