About the Role

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Jubilee Mews. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our service users, who have complex mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and develop care plans for service users, in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
  • Provide direct care and support to service users, including medication management and therapeutic interventions.
  • Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and support.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain expertise and stay up-to-date with best practices.

Requirements

  • NMC registration as a Mental Health Nurse.
