Job Title: Team Leader

Rethink Mental Illness is a leading charity provider of mental health services in England. We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our inspiring and friendly team at Grove Court Service.

Grove Court is a 24-hour Residential Care Home, with 12 registered beds, providing support to male and female clients affected by severe mental illness. As a Team Leader, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients and staff in achieving their goals.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Line management of team members, including conducting appraisals, supervising, and supporting them.
  • Assisting the Registered Manager in setting targets and monitoring team performance.
  • Allocating work, monitoring team contribution, and identifying and developing talent.
  • Supporting the Registered Manager with managing rotas, planning, and prioritizing key areas of work.
  • Ensuring appropriate staff resource is in place to meet the service contract and specification.
  • Contributing to effective communication and liaison with other services and professionals.
