We are seeking a highly skilled Paediatric Nurse Manager to join our team at Leaders In Care Recruitment. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-established provider of complex care packages within the community.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing face-to-face support to children and their families, while creating personalized care plans for each child. They will work closely with a core team of carers, training and supporting them with their clinical skills and activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver a tailored care plan specific to an individual client's needs
  • Effectively manage the multidisciplinary team through strong communication and teamwork
  • Provide leadership and guidance to carers, promoting high-quality care and support
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments to ensure care plans are up-to-date and effective

Requirements:

  • RSCN with a minimum of 6 months' experience in the UK and an active NMC PIN
  • Supportive management style that can bring out the best in others
  • Up-to-date experience of tracheostomy care and ventilators within the last 2 years
  • Advanced communication skills verbally and written to liaise effectively with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team
  • Suitable for Band 5/Band 6 Nurses with evidence of effective leadership and management of HCAs
  • Full UK Driving Licence desirable but not essential
