Senior Paediatric Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Paediatric Nurse to join our dynamic team at North Middlesex University Hospital NHS Trust. As a key member of our Paediatric A&E department, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the continuous development of our staff.
The successful candidate will have significant experience in paediatric care, with a strong background in acute care and leadership. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating the department in the absence of senior staff, providing teaching and supervision to junior staff and student nurses, and delivering high-quality nursing care to patients.

Key Responsibilities- Department Management
- Manage and coordinate the department in the absence of senior staff

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Education and Qualifications
- Registered Nurse
- Significant experience in paediatric care
- Relevant degree or in progress
- Skills and Abilities
- Cannulation/phlebotomy skills or willingness to learn
