Pigment, a leading Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) platform, is seeking a highly skilled Brand Marketing Director to join its team in EMEA. As a key member of the marketing team, you will play a crucial role in driving brand awareness and growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Northern EMEA Marketing Manager to develop and execute local marketing campaigns and events that drive business results.
  • Work closely with the local sales team to understand market needs and translate them into actionable marketing programs, focusing on the UK market.
  • Partner with the growth and marketing operations teams to execute outbound marketing activities, ensure operational excellence, and drive efficiency at scale.
  • Conduct research on specific industry sectors, accounts, and personas to create targeted marketing materials and messaging, including customized collateral to support the sales teams throughout the sales cycle.
  • Build strong relationships with account teams and customers to drive business growth and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in marketing in a B2B SaaS company, with a focus on brand marketing and campaign execution.
  • Passion for delivering best-in-class marketing and a track record of working in a fast-paced, scaling culture.
  • Experience in building operational event management processes and creating targeted programs and account-based marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to show impact using data and drive business decisions.
  • Fluency in English, with additional European languages an advantage.
  • BA/BS degree required, with an MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred.
