About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Director to lead our Luxury Brand Marketing efforts in EMEA. As a key member of our EMEA Luxury Brand team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, campaigns, and creative to drive awareness, consideration, and demand for our Luxury hotels in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute luxury brand marketing strategies and campaigns to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals to deliver high-quality marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Brand, Loyalty, Partnerships, PR, and Communications to ensure alignment and consistency in marketing efforts.
  • Manage the luxury brand marketing fund expenditure and ensure effective ROI.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, external agencies, and partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Provide input into and take direction from the EMEA Consumer Marketing Steer Co to ensure luxury brand marketing campaigns are planned in coordination with overall EMEA Consumer Marketing Strategy.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the luxury industry.
  • Proven experience of driving creative marketing strategies and enhancing affinity for luxury brands.
  • University or professional marketing qualification required.
  • Knowledge and experience in developing strategy, marketing plans, brand marketing campaigns, digital brand marketing, financial planning, and budgeting.
  • High proficiency in English is required. Additional language knowledge or proficiency is desirable.
