Job Title: EMEA Media Director

We are seeking a highly skilled EMEA Media Director to join our regional team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our media strategy across the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive media strategy for the EMEA region, aligning with global, regional, and country objectives to drive business growth.
  • Define and drive the strategic deployment of SharkNinja's media budget across EMEA, working with internal teams and media agencies to develop full-funnel media plans.
  • Develop audience segmentation by brand and category, integrating learnings from internal MMM and best practices.
  • Take a strategic view across brands and categories to ensure we are meeting our broader goals, including market share and brand metrics.
  • Lead the understanding of competitive investment trends, media mix, and creative learnings to ensure we are continually optimizing.
  • Lead the creation and execution of multi-channel media campaigns, ensuring consistency of messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Work closely with Global and Regional teams to localize global campaigns and ensure relevance to the EMEA market.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communications, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 15+ years of marketing experience with a deep specialism in media strategy, planning, and buying, with a significant portion spent in the EMEA region.
  • Proven experience in leading successful integrated media activity across multiple channels.
  • Strong understanding of the diverse cultural, economic, and regulatory landscapes within EMEA.
  • Excellent leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze complex data and translate it into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages spoken in the EMEA region is a plus.
