Job Title: EMEA Media Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced EMEA Media Director to lead our media strategy and drive business growth in the EMEA region. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the EMEA market and a proven track record of developing and executing successful media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Media Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive media strategy for the EMEA region, aligning with global, regional, and country objectives to drive business growth.
  • Media Budget Management: Be responsible for the planning and deployment of the full funnel media budget for the EMEA region, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Media Campaign Execution: Lead the creation and execution of multi-channel media campaigns, ensuring consistency of messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Media Partnerships: Drive forward the right media partnerships for SharkNinja in EMEA from TV sponsorships to other paid activations.
  • Media Measurement and Performance: Set a measurement framework to include KPIs and ROI targets for all media activity, ensuring this communicated with impact pre, during, and post campaigns.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 15+ years of marketing experience with a deep specialism in media strategy, planning, and buying, with a significant portion spent in the EMEA region.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communications, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of the diverse cultural, economic, and regulatory landscapes within EMEA, excellent leadership skills, data-driven mindset, and exceptional communication skills.
