About the Role

Hays Travel is seeking a confident and sales-driven individual to join our Vista Sales Call Centre team as a Team Leader. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing, coaching, and developing a team of agents to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead by example, motivating a team to achieve sales targets
  • Maximise team sales through effective coaching and mentoring
  • Identify and address performance and conduct issues proactively
  • Conduct daily enquiry audits and KPI reviews to ensure team performance
  • Assist in emergency or operational difficulties, maintaining a positive and professional attitude
  • Build and maintain relationships between departments and divisions, promoting a collaborative work environment
  • Deliver motivational and inspiring daily team sessions, promoting a positive and productive work culture
  • Assist with call monitoring and provide constructive feedback to team members
  • Communicate and promote organisational changes effectively, ensuring a smooth transition
  • Encourage training opportunities within the workplace, promoting staff development and growth
  • Ensure administration and customer service standards are upheld, aligning with company standards
