Job Description

We are seeking a confident and sales-driven individual to join our team as a Cruise Team Leader - Sales and Operations. As a key member of our Vista Sales Call Centre team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of agents to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead by example, motivating a team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Maximise team sales by identifying opportunities and implementing effective strategies.
  • Proactively address performance and conduct issues, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  • Conduct daily enquiry audits and KPI reviews to monitor team performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist in emergency or operational difficulties, providing support and guidance to the team.
  • Build and maintain relationships between departments and divisions, promoting a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Provide motivational and inspiring daily team meetings, encouraging open communication and feedback.
  • Assist with call monitoring and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Effectively communicate and promote organisational changes, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption.
  • Encourage training opportunities within the workplace, supporting the development of team members.
