About the Role

Hays Travel is seeking a confident and sales-driven individual to join our Vista Sales Call Centre team as a Team Leader. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing, coaching, and developing a team of agents to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead by example, motivating a team to achieve sales targets
  • Maximise team sales through effective coaching and mentoring
  • Proactively identify and address performance and conduct issues
  • Conduct daily enquiry audits and KPI reviews to ensure team performance
  • Assist in emergency or operational difficulties, providing support to the team
  • Build and maintain relationships between departments and divisions to drive business growth
  • Deliver motivational and inspiring daily team sessions to boost morale and productivity
  • Provide constructive feedback and coaching to team members to improve performance
  • Communicate and promote organisational changes effectively to the team
  • Encourage training opportunities within the workplace to develop team skills

  • Experience of working within a travel sales environment, with a strong understanding of cruise products
