About the Role

Hays Travel is seeking a confident and sales-driven individual to join our Vista Sales Call Centre team as a Team Leader. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing, coaching, and developing a team of agents to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead by example while motivating a team to achieve sales targets
  • Maximise team sales through effective coaching and mentoring
  • Identify and address performance and conduct issues proactively
  • Conduct daily enquiry audits and KPI reviews to ensure team performance
  • Assist in emergency or operational difficulties and provide support to the team
  • Build and maintain relationships between departments and divisions
  • Provide motivational and inspiring daily team sessions
  • Assist with call monitoring and provide constructive feedback to team members
  • Communicate and promote organisational changes effectively
  • Encourage training opportunities within the workplace and motivate staff through open and honest communication
