We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Support Executive to join our team at Student Beans. This role requires a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless support experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ownership of internal support tasks, including media scheduling and code updates.
  • Ensuring quality control and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Fostering strong working relationships with internal teams, including Design, Account Management, Customer Success, and Advertising.
  • Leading a small team, prioritizing work quality, and driving personal development conversations.
  • Embracing a culture of continuous improvement and process management.

We are looking for a talented individual with:

  • Previous experience in client support roles.
  • Desirable experience in team management.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Comfort with high-volume ticketing systems.
  • Experience in process improvement.
  • Zendesk or Salesforce experience is advantageous.
