Senior Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Support Executive to join our team at Student Beans. This role requires a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless support experiences.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ownership of internal support tasks, including media scheduling and code updates.
- Ensuring quality control and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Fostering strong working relationships with internal teams, including Design, Account Management, Customer Success, and Advertising.
- Leading a small team, prioritizing work quality, and driving personal development conversations.
- Embracing a culture of continuous improvement and process management.
We are looking for a talented individual with:
- Previous experience in client support roles.
- Desirable experience in team management.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Comfort with high-volume ticketing systems.
- Experience in process improvement.
- Zendesk or Salesforce experience is advantageous.
