Job Title: Senior Customer Support Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Support Specialist to join our team in London. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients and workers.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and professional support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a proactive and solution-oriented manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Assist in team coaching and development, sharing best practices and helping new team members learn.
  • Manage customer engagement tools and collect feedback to support product and marketing development.

Your Capabilities and Skills:

  • Native level German, spoken and written.
  • Fluent English, spoken and written.
  • 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a technology-led business.
  • Proactive and dedicated individual with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-oriented, friendly, and helpful person.
  • Excellent organisation skills with a solution-oriented way of working.
  • Ability to receive and implement feedback effectively.
  • Team player with a global mindset and comfortable working in a fast-paced team setting.
  • Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and experience with Intercom is a plus.

Work Conditions:

  • The position is based in our London office, near Old Street Station, in a hybrid setup with around two working days per week in the office.
  • Most shifts are planned during core business hours, Monday to Friday, with some flexibility to adapt the schedule to your availability.
