**Job Title:** Clinical Leadership Role

Location: Lincoln College

Estimated Salary Range: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum

We are seeking an experienced and qualified individual to fill the role of Clinic Supervisor at Lincoln College. As a Clinic Supervisor, you will be responsible for the supervision, tuition, and assessment of students enrolled in our Clinical Herbalism/Herbal Therapeutics programmes.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in clinical herbalism/herbal therapeutics, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively with students, staff, and external stakeholders. They will also be able to plan, develop, deliver, and critically assess group tuition in appropriate curriculum areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support student learning in the clinic setting
  • Plan, develop, and deliver group tuition sessions
  • Assess and provide feedback on student progress
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure effective delivery of programme requirements

**Required Skills and Qualifications:*

  • Relevant qualification in clinical herbalism/herbal therapeutics (e.g., BSc, MSc, or equivalent)
  • Experience working in a clinical or educational setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
