**About the Role**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Home Deputy Manager to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.

Working closely with the General Manager and taking on leadership duties in their absence, you can expect to help with everything from monitoring standards through regular audits to motivating your team to provide the best possible care. You will lead by example, set high standards, and develop strategies to achieve your goals.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need experience in helping residents with different health needs, as well as a track record of managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments. Additionally, we are looking for someone with strong HR skills, knowledge of sales and marketing, and an understanding of budget management.
