Care Home Deputy Manager: Strategic Leadership Role

About the Position
This Care Home Deputy Manager role is a key leadership position within Barchester Healthcare, supporting the delivery of high-quality care to residents. As a strategic leader, you will work closely with the General Manager and take on leadership duties in their absence.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager in ensuring care standards are met
- Motivate and lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver quality care
- Monitor standards through regular audits and regulatory compliance checks
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments
- Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles
- Able to set high standards and develop strategies to achieve goals
