Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strong, empathetic leadership to a team of care professionals, fostering a positive and nurturing environment. They will also ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care in line with regulatory standards, including CQC regulations and other statutory requirements.

In addition, they will maintain compliance with all legal, regulatory, and safeguarding requirements, ensuring the highest levels of health and safety are adhered to. This will involve working closely with other departments, families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies to ensure a holistic approach to each individual's care and support.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager or in a senior leadership role within a care setting, preferably with adults with learning disabilities
  • Qualifications: Leader in Adult Care, Level 5
  • CQC Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of CQC standards and regulations
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
  • Compassion & Resilience: A genuine passion for improving the lives of vulnerable adults, coupled with the resilience to handle challenging situations
  • Person-Centred Care: A commitment to delivering person-centred care that supports the dignity, independence, and wellbeing of each individual
Estimated Salary:

The estimated salary for this position is £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
