Residential Care Manager
Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and caring Residential Care Manager to join our team at Millfield Enterprises. As a Residential Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional pastoral care to students residing in our boarding house.
Key Responsibilities:The successful candidate will have the following key responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation and collection of packed lunches and other refreshments.
- Deliver the evening and weekend social programme.
- Support the smooth running of the Activity & Social Programme.
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Able to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations.
- A team player, able to motivate and foster teamwork and work collaboratively with others.
- Prior experience with the supervision of children or a willingness to develop in this area.
The successful candidate will enjoy the following benefits:
- Accommodation and food provided in exchange for pastoral duties.
- Use of on-site gym and facilities.
- Free on-site parking.
£25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
