Job Opportunity: Adult Learning Disability Service Director sought by Home From Home Care Limited in Lincolnshire. Lead a dynamic team of care professionals, delivering high-quality, person-centred care to adults with learning disabilities and complex special needs.

With over 20 years of experience, we pride ourselves on creating dynamic and therapeutic services around each individual in exceptional environments utilising the best technology within the industry.
">Key Responsibilities: As an Adult Learning Disability Service Director, you will be responsible for providing strong leadership to a team of care professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care in line with regulatory standards, and maintaining compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
">Requirements: To be successful, you will need previous experience as a Registered Manager or in a senior leadership role within a care setting, preferably with adults with learning disabilities. You should hold a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management, have strong knowledge of CQC standards and regulations, and possess excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
">Benefits: This exciting opportunity comes with a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including a Welcome Bonus, ongoing training and development, Health and Wellbeing Cash Plan, Employee Assistance Programme, overtime paid within 24 hours, and Monthly Loyalty Attendance Bonuses up to 6% (dependent on qualifying criteria).
