Job Title: Assessment & Support Coordinator

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

We are seeking an experienced Assessment & Support Coordinator to join our team at Lincoln College. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing an assessment service to all students, ensuring they receive the necessary support and reasonable adjustments in line with the Equality Act.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to lead and direct a team of Learning Support Assistants operating within their caseloads and key academic areas.

Responsibilities:

  • To provide an assessment service to all students

  • To lead and direct a team of Learning Support Assistants

Requirements:

  • Experience in student support or similar role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
