We are seeking a highly skilled Technician/Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Lincoln College. As a Technician/Learning Support Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the teaching and learning on various courses and programmes, including assessing students to meet the standards set by awarding bodies.

Job Description:

This role involves providing technical support to the beauty therapy department, ensuring that all aspects of the salon run smoothly. You will be responsible for setting up and maintaining equipment, maintaining accurate records, and providing guidance to students.

You will also be responsible for ordering supplies, managing stock levels, and ensuring that all necessary tools and products are available for students to use.

The estimated salary for this position is £22,000 - £27,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include 30 days annual leave plus the ability to purchase/sell up to 5 days annual leave each year (pro rata if part time), flexible/hybrid working opportunities, and access to the Royal London Pension Scheme.
