Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineering Instructor to join our dynamic team at Lincoln College. As a Senior Mechanical Engineering Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional teaching and assessment across FE, apprenticeship, and HE Mechanical Engineering programmes.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for sharing their expertise with aspiring Mechanical Engineers and creating an inclusive learning environment that prioritises student welfare. You will play a crucial role in ensuring student success through engaging teaching methods, reflective practice, and continuous professional development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality teaching and assessment across FE, apprenticeship, and HE Mechanical Engineering programmes.
  • Create an inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement and well-being.
  • Develop and implement innovative curriculum designs that meet industry needs.
  • Contribute to the development of assessment strategies and materials.
  • Prioritise student success through engaging teaching methods and reflective practice.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications.
