Duties:

- Conduct Pilates classes for groups, focusing on proper form and technique
- Develop and implement effective and engaging Pilates programs for clients of varying fitness levels
- Provide personalized attention and modifications to ensure safety and effectiveness of exercises
- Demonstrate and explain exercises, movements, and equipment usage to participants
- Maintain a clean and organized studio environment

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 1 years of experience as a certified Pilates Instructor
- Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics related to Pilates exercises
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
