Director of Care Services

We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to join our team at Horizon Care and Education. In this challenging and rewarding role, you will be responsible for creating a safe and supportive environment for children and young people to thrive.
Key ResponsibilitiesYour key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the daily running of the home, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining high standards of care and quality.
- Liaising with clinical professionals and education teams to ensure effective collaboration and achieve positive outcomes for children and young people.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Registered Manager in an Ofsted-rated good or above home.
- A QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management or equivalent qualification.
- Experience of working alongside clinical professionals, education teams, and multidisciplinary meetings.
