**Role Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Clinic Supervisor at Lincoln College. As a Clinic Supervisor, you will be responsible for the supervision, tuition, and assessment of students enrolled in our Clinical Herbalism/Herbal Therapeutics programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support student learning in the clinic setting
  • Plan, develop, and deliver group tuition sessions
  • Assess and provide feedback on student progress
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure effective delivery of programme requirements

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualification in clinical herbalism/herbal therapeutics (e.g., BSc, MSc, or equivalent)
  • Experience working in a clinical or educational setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
