**Job Overview**

Affinity Water seeks a skilled Web Content Strategist to lead the transformation of its website, ensuring seamless integration with existing digital platforms. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement and delivering exceptional user experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Leverage data insights and customer feedback to inform content creation and ensure optimal user engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver high-quality, user-centric content that enhances customer self-service capabilities.
  • Analyse web analytics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous growth.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, including GDPR and accessibility guidelines.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in content strategy, digital marketing, or a related field (5+ years preferred).
  • Strong understanding of content management systems, UX design, and responsive design principles.
  • Expertise in data analysis, customer insight analysis, and developing actionable solutions.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and compliance, particularly within regulated environments.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and technical SEO knowledge.

**Compensation Package**

  • A competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
