**The Opportunity**

We are looking for a Website Project Lead to oversee the strategic transition of our website and drive continuous improvement. This role offers a chance to make a meaningful impact by delivering exceptional, user-centred digital experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead the transition of our website to a new platform, ensuring minimal disruption and alignment with other digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, IT, UX/UI designers) and external agencies to deliver a user-friendly, accessible website that enhances customer self-service capabilities.
  • Analyse customer feedback and web analytics to identify pain points, develop actionable solutions, and improve user engagement.
  • Conduct usability testing and user research to inform design decisions and enhance the customer journey.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as bounce rates, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction, driving continuous improvement throughout the project.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR, accessibility standards, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Uphold Affinity Water's brand identity, tone of voice, and design guidelines across all web content.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience leading website projects or overseeing significant redesigns (5+ years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of CMS platforms, UX design, and responsive design principles.
  • Expertise in web analytics, customer insight analysis, and developing improvement solutions.
  • Familiarity with website accessibility standards and compliance, particularly within regulated environments.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and technical SEO knowledge.

**What We Offer**

  • A competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
