Research Scientist

**About the Role**
The position is available for a highly motivated individual to assist in conducting research and evaluating interventions in palliative care. The successful candidate will join the Division of Health Research at Lancaster University, working on a five-year study funded by the European Commission under the Horizon Programme.
As a Palliative Care Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of the project, including running trials, interviewing clinicians, patients, and families, and developing educational programmes. You will work closely with Professor Nancy Preston and Professor Sheila Payne, the project leads, to evaluate the intervention and disseminate the results through a Massive Open Online Course (MOOC).

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
