Sales and Account Manager

We are seeking a talented Commercial Sales Representative to join our team at Siamo Recruitment. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated sales professional to lead from the front and thrive within a market-leading firm. You will have the chance to work independently, adapting to changing demands and prioritising tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients
- Prepare client reports and participate in client meetings
- Manage client complaints and handle maintenance/repair issues
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities
- Manage contractor invoices and liaise with accounts/credit control
About You:
- Proven sales experience in the property security sector
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing demands
- Technical knowledge of small building works and void property compliance
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £29,500 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
- A commission structure offering up to £7,000 per annum in KPI-related bonuses
