Account Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Commercial Account Executive to join our team in Cheltenham. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of existing commercial business, delivering exceptional customer service and achieving set objectives.
Responsibilities- Manage and grow a book of existing commercial business
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- A competitive salary of £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, dependent on experience
- Hybrid working arrangement
- Access to training and development opportunities
- Opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients
The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of commercial insurance, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of success in sales and business development.
