Business Growth Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Client Relationship Manager to join our team in Cheltenham. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing our client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving business growth.
Main Tasks:- Act as the primary point of contact for existing clients, responding to their queries and addressing their concerns.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet client needs and drive sales growth.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales principles and practices, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. A proven track record in sales or account management is essential, along with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Annual Salary: £55,000 - £80,000, dependent on experience.
