**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced Regional Business Growth Specialist to join our team at Listers in Cheltenham. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue within your designated area.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with experience in developing and implementing effective business strategies. You will work closely with our management team to identify new opportunities and build relationships with existing customers.
In terms of compensation, this role offers a basic salary of £30,000, with an estimated OTE of £50,000, plus a range of benefits including a company car and additional incentives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective business strategies to drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers
- Work closely with the management team to identify new opportunities
- Contribute to the development of sales and marketing plans
