Boutique Manager

At Jo Malone London, we're seeking a dynamic and inspirational Boutique Manager to lead our team of Sales Advisors and drive sales, customer service, and operational excellence. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for creating and executing a business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, exceptional customer relationship management, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Create and execute an agile business plan to drive customer acquisition and retention
- Develop and implement in-store events and experiences that drive sales and customer engagement
- Ensure the smooth running of the store and alignment with the Boutique and Brand vision
- Coach and inspire team members to exceed their KPIs and develop their skills

Requirements:
- Proven retail management experience, preferably in beauty or a fast-paced retail environment
- Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
- Previous retail operations experience, including inventory and facilities management, and cash reconciliation
- Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing a team to succeed
- Experience creating and executing in-store events
- Flexible availability across days and hours
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and proof of right to live and work in the country
