Assistant Boutique Manager

At Jo Malone London, we're seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our team as an Assistant Boutique Manager. As a key member of our retail team, you'll play a vital role in driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and contributing to the success of our boutique.
About the Role
We're looking for a results-driven and customer-focused individual who can provide inspirational leadership and coaching to our Sales Advisors. As Assistant Boutique Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Supporting the Boutique Manager in leading the team to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets
- Developing and executing in-store events and experiences that drive sales and customer engagement
- Coaching and mentoring Sales Advisors to achieve their full potential and succeed in their roles
- Ensuring the smooth running of the store, including inventory management and cash reconciliation

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Proven retail experience at Supervisor or above level, preferably within beauty
- The ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Experience of creating and executing in-store events
- Experience of coaching and mentoring others to achieve their full potential
- A drive to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Retail operations experience, including inventory management and cash reconciliation
