Assistant Boutique Manager

At Jo Malone London, we're seeking an ambitious and high-performing individual to join our team as an Assistant Boutique Manager. As a key member of our retail team, you'll play a leading role in driving sales, customer service, and operational excellence in our Brighton boutique.
About the Role
- Support the Boutique Manager in leading, coaching, and developing our team of Sales Advisors to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets.
- Elevate our in-store events and services, including the signature Hand and Arm massage, wedding consultations, and other creative experiences.
- Ensure the smooth running of the store, including inventory management and cash reconciliation.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Requirements
- Proven retail experience at Supervisor or above level, preferably within beauty.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Experience of creating and executing in-store events.
- Experience of coaching/mentoring others to achieve their full potential and to succeed.
- Drive to achieve sales and customer service targets.
- Retail operations experience, including inventory management and cash reconciliation.
- Flexible availability across days/hours.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Proof of right to live and work in the country.
