Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Finance Administrator to join our team in Truro. The successful candidate will have excellent IT skills and be highly organized, with strong administrative abilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Process payments, manage the purchase ledger, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Set up Direct Debits, process refunds, and carry out regular reconciliations.
  • Manage aged debtors and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, be comfortable working with various software systems, and have excellent communication skills.

Requirements:

  • Excellent IT skills and proficiency in financial software, including Microsoft Excel.
  • Highly organized and able to multitask effectively, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Strong administrative abilities and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions:

The salary for this position is approximately £23,500 per annum, dependent on experience, and includes a comprehensive benefits package. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and supportive team environment, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
