Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Family/Children Solicitor to join our team in Crewe. The successful candidate will have 0-3 years of post-qualification experience in Family law, with a strong track record of handling complex family matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling Complex Family Cases: Working on Private and Legal Aid Family matters, including divorce, finances, childcare proceedings, and arrangements for children.
  • Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing expert advice and guidance throughout the case.
  • Collaboration with Colleagues: Working closely with other solicitors, barristers, and experts to achieve the best possible outcome for clients.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and courts.
